Do I need to wire it into the ceiling?
No โ€” that's the whole point. It plugs into a standard wall outlet. Hang it from any hook and plug it in. No electrician, no drilling (a removable ceiling hook strip works great for most rooms).
How do I switch between the three light colors?
The included LED bulb cycles through warm โ†’ neutral โ†’ daylight white each time you flip the cord switch off and on. One bulb, three moods.
Is the bulb included?
Yes. The E26 3-color LED bulb ships in the box. If it ever dies, any standard E26 bulb fits โ€” but the 3-color feature needs the included (or equivalent 3-color) bulb.
How long is the cord, really?
16.4 feet (5 meters) of transparent cord โ€” long enough to cross most rooms and reach an outlet, and nearly invisible at night.
Is it safe for a nursery?
It runs on standard US 110V through a normal wall plug, and the LED bulb stays cool to the touch. As with any lamp, keep the cord out of a crib's reach and out of a toddler's reach.
