30-Day Returns, No Drama

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees. No interrogation.

How to Start a Return

1. Email lightsolutionss@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return
2. We'll reply with a return shipping label and instructions within 1 business day
3. Pack the item (any condition is fine, but complete is appreciated) and drop it off
4. Refund is issued within 5 business days of us receiving the item

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Don't start a return — just email us a photo. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, and you keep the damaged item in most cases. That's our mistake to fix, not yours.

Late Returns

Slightly past 30 days? Email us anyway. We're reasonable people — if the product is unopened or clearly defective, we'll usually make it right.

Exceptions

• Items returned in deliberately damaged condition
• Orders flagged and confirmed as fraudulent
