Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states, plus Washington, D.C. and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Every order is packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of being confirmed, and you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it leaves our warehouse. Orders confirmed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimates are counted from the day your order is confirmed and already include 1 business day of processing.

Need it sooner? Expedited delivery (2–3 business days to the 48 contiguous states) may be available for an added cost — email us before you order and we'll confirm the rate and timing for your address.
Carriers & Packaging
We work with major national carriers and regional delivery partners — USPS, UPS, or a regional courier — and pick whichever gives your address the fastest reliable route. The carrier can vary by location and package size. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging.
Peak Seasons
From late November through December, and around national holidays, carriers and fulfillment networks run slower than usual. Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for delivery during these windows.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days after shipping, or your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, email lightsolutionss@outlook.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier investigation and make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Order Issues
Wrong address? Changed your mind before it ships? Email us ASAP — if the order hasn't left the warehouse yet, we can update or cancel it free of charge.
